	Academically Advanced Education The Department's initiatives for serving PreK-12 students who show evidence of high achievement capability include the Gifted and Talented Advisory Council grants, Advanced Placement grants, and the Koplik Certificate of Mastery.
	Bureau of Special Education Appeals BSEA provides dispute resolution services to all eligible students within the Commonwealth including due process hearings and advisory opinions conducted by eight hearing officers and mediation conducted by eight mediators.
