orange arrowNCLB Title I Supplemental Educational Services
The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to create and maintain a list of approved providers of supplemental educational services. Schools that receive Title I funding and are in their second year of school improvement status are required to make services available to eligible students from a provider selected by the parents/guardians.
