BEST Plus
For the last 3 years, BEST Plus test administrators have been able to receive their purchase codes online. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because many of you are using this system, the Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL) has seen a significant reduction in the number of support calls and e-mails for Purchase Code activation. This has reduced wait time and provided instant Purchase Code activation.
Thanks to your use of the online activation system, beginning Monday, June 1, 2009, our user support hours will be from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern Time. During these times, users may call to receive a purchase code, get technical support, or ask a question. If they are not immediately available, please leave a message and they will return your call promptly.
