Through the use of a cohort model, additional student support services, and College for Success and Technology classes, students are better prepared to enter and succeed in college-level, credit-bearing courses.

The eligibility requirements for enrollment in a Transitions program are:

  • Participants must have a minimum score of 500 on the MAPT for Reading and a minimum score of 400 on the MAPT for Math and

  • Participants must be able to participate in postsecondary level academic classes conducted in English.
