Find an Accommodations Manual (can be downloaded for free) with information on ADA compliance for ABE programs.

Association for Higher Education and Disability
This postsecondary website includes information to help students transition from ABE to college. There are also workshops, online courses, audio-conferences and other resources including a best practices publication, Disability Documentation in Higher Education.

Learning Needs Screening Tool
Find the Learning Needs Screening Tool (can be downloaded for free), also referred to as the Washington Screening Tool and the Nancie Payne Screening Tool. This is not a diagnostic tool. It is a screening tool that can be used to identify individuals that might have a learning disability. A person does not have to be licensed to administer this tool.
