Program Quality Reviews and Site Visits

ACLS has developed a unified and systematic approach to program quality reviews and site visits conducted by program specialists.

An ACLS team (hereinafter The Review Team) has been formed whose charge is to ensure a transparent and uniform approach to program quality reviews and site visits. The Review Team will employ a systematic and coordinated method of gathering data collection to ensure processes are fair and objective.

The new Program Quality Review and Site Visit Protocol describes the preparation steps in the program quality review and site visit process, roles and responsibilities of program quality review and site visit participants, evidence collection, classroom observation protocols, rating rubrics and technical assistance (TA) process.
