SMARTT Update, June 2009
- Site Rollover Requests Are Due By August 21st
- The site rollover link is available so that programs can review the site rollover report to make sure all the FY09 information is updated. This report will help programs update student goal, assessment, and attendance data. Use the Site Rollover report to review data entered and determine whether goal, assessment, and attendance data still needs to be updated. Remember that the report always lists only current students at the site. When you exit a student from the site, you verify that all the information has been updated.
- FY10 Student Intake and Goal Forms are Posted
- The student intake and goal forms for FY2010 are now posted on the ACLS website under the SMARTT System Information section. There are no changes to these forms this year.
- GED Data Match Completed on 6/23/2009
- The last GED data match with Oklahoma Scoring Service was completed on 06/23/2009. Three Hundred and Four (304) records were matched for students who attended classes in FY09. Out of this two hundred and ninety three (293) students set the goal which is Ninety Six (96%). Eleven (11) students or 4% did not set the goal and will not be included in the Federal Report.
- Please review the information included in the May mailing regarding.
