Race Codes (starting in FY06)
Low-Income
- 00 = Student is no eligible for federal free or reduced lunch
- 01 = Student is eligible for free lunch
- 02 = Student is eligible for reduced price lunch
LEP
- 00 = Student who is capable of performing ordinary classwork in English
- 01 = Student who is not capable of performing ordinary classwork in English
SPED
- 00 = Not a SPED student
- 01 = Not currently a SPED student, but was previously during the current school year
- 10 = All ages, full inclusion (SPED services less than 21% of the time)
- 20 = All ages, partial inclusion (SPED services 21-60% of the time)
- 40 = All ages, substantially separate classroom (SPED services more than 60% of the time)
- 41 = All ages, public separate day school
- 50 = All ages, private separate day school
- 60 = All ages, residential school
- 70 = All ages, homebound/hospital
- 90 = All ages, public residential institutional facilities
