00 = Student is no eligible for federal free or reduced lunch
01 = Student is eligible for free lunch
02 = Student is eligible for reduced price lunch

LEP

00 = Student who is capable of performing ordinary classwork in English
01 = Student who is not capable of performing ordinary classwork in English

SPED

00 = Not a SPED student
01 = Not currently a SPED student, but was previously during the current school year
10 = All ages, full inclusion (SPED services less than 21% of the time)
20 = All ages, partial inclusion (SPED services 21-60% of the time)
40 = All ages, substantially separate classroom (SPED services more than 60% of the time)
41 = All ages, public separate day school
50 = All ages, private separate day school
60 = All ages, residential school
70 = All ages, homebound/hospital
