LEP

00 = Student who is capable of performing ordinary classwork in English

01 = Student who is not capable of performing ordinary classwork in English

SPED

00 = Not a SPED student

01 = Not currently a SPED student, but was previously during the current school year

10 = All ages, full inclusion (SPED services less than 21% of the time)

20 = All ages, partial inclusion (SPED services 21-60% of the time)

40 = All ages, substantially separate classroom (SPED services more than 60% of the time)

41 = All ages, public separate day school
