Proposed 2013-2014 Board Meeting Dates
Please find below a list of proposed Board meeting dates for the 2013-2014 school year. Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, but conflicts due to holidays and other commitments occur in November, December, April, and May. To accommodate these conflicts, I am proposing that we meet the third Tuesday of the month in November, December, and May and the fifth Tuesday in April.
We also ask that you reserve on your calendars the evening before each regular meeting in the event that the Board holds a special meeting that month. Please note below that we are reserving Monday, September 23, 2013 for the Board's planning retreat.
The proposed dates for 2013-2014 are:

- Tuesday, December 17, 2013 - Regular Meeting
- Monday, January 27, 2014 - Special Meeting
- Tuesday, January 28, 2014 - Regular Meeting
- Monday, February 24, 2014 - Special Meeting
- Tuesday, February 25, 2014 - Regular Meeting
- Monday, March 24, 2014 - Special Meeting
- Tuesday, March 25, 2014 - Regular Meeting
- Monday, April 28, 2014 - Special Meeting
- Tuesday, April 29, 2014 - Regular Meeting
- Monday, May 19, 2014 - Special Meeting

I recommend that the Board adopt the meeting schedule at our June 25th meeting. After the Board approves the final schedule, we will post it on our website. Meeting locations will be announced as they are set.
