Special Education Appeals

BSEA Transferred To Division of Administrative Law Appeals

Effective July 1, 2010, The Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) is transferred from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to the Division of Administrative Law Appeals.

The BSEA will continue to be located at 75 Pleasant Street in Malden, and will maintain current phone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses until further notice.
