Route 12 merges with Route 20 and then becomes Route 12/20 West.

In about half a mile, Route 12 South goes to the left. Stay to the right on Route 20 West.

At the four-cornered intersection with a traffic light and a Sunoco Gas Station, take a left; this is North Main Street. There is a Masonic Home sign and a Bay Path sign at this intersection. This will take you into Charlton Center and the Charlton Common.

After the Common, take a left on to Muggett Hill Road. (There is an old cemetery at this intersection). The school is a half mile down on the left.
