This report    was prepared by the Community Service-Learning Advisory Council to the Board of Education. The report is a product of the council's work over the last several years to assess the status of service-learning in the Commonwealth and make recommendations for using service-learning as an educational tool to ensure that all of our students achieve academic success and are prepared for responsible citizenship.
