The following training videos and workshops, developed in partnership with Massachusetts teachers, provide important introductory information on the educator evaluation framework and provide teachers an opportunity to engage in components of the 5-Step Cycle, such as the self-assessment, goal-setting, and development of an Educator Plan. Schools can use a variety of settings to present these materials. The workshops are designed to be facilitated during a one-hour time block, such as Common Planning Time or a faculty meeting.
