 | Massachusetts Technology Literacy Standards and Expectations 
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MTLC) worked with a group of educators and business partners to revise our K-12 Instructional Standards. These standards incorporate the ISTE NETS and the Partnership for 21st Century Skills into three broad standards, which are broken down by grade level. The standards were approved by the Massachusetts Board of Education on April 29, 2008. |
 | Recommended PreK-12 Instructional Technology Standards 
These standards were developed to support and advance Massachusetts's educational reform in learning and teaching. This document was created and revised by teachers, administrators, and other educators in prekindergarten through grade 12, in collaboration with staff from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The standards were approved by the Massachusetts Board of Education on October 23, 2001.

 | Technology Self- Assessment Tool (TSAT) TSAT allows teachers to determine their own levels of technology proficiency and professional development needs. TSAT also allows schools and districts to access aggregated data from their teachers in order to better focus their professional development efforts.
