The following sets of guidelines have been developed to assist organizations interested in sponsoring an adult basic education (ABE) teacher preparation program as they develop their program and ABE licensure candidates using the Department's ABE Panel Review for Licensure in meeting the requirements of the Regulations for Licensure of Adult Basic Education Teachers and Preparation Program Approval (603 CMR 47.00).
