FY09 ASOST Question and Answer Document

Since the inception of the After-School and Out-of-School Time (ASOST) Quality grant, the Department has collected questions from the field regarding the Request for Proposals (RFP) and its competitive process. (The FY09 RFP is posted at http://finance1.doe.mass.edu/grants/default.html.) The following Question and Answer document reflects questions submitted in FY 2007 and 2008 that still maintain relevance in the FY 2009 competitive process. Questions submitted in July 2008 have also been included. Often the same or similar questions were asked; in these instances, the question is only included once in the Question and Answer document. Due to the competitive nature of this grant, the Department cannot respond to any additional questions regarding the FY 2009 ASOST Quality grant RFP that are received via email or phone.
