Proposals due Friday, May 31, 2002.
Hand delivered proposals:
- Must be received at the 3rd floor reception area of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education by 5PM on Friday, May 31.
- Will NOT be accepted on Monday, June 3.
- We recommended that communities hand delivering proposals obtain a receipt.
Mailed proposals:
- Must be postmarked on or before Friday, May 31.
- Will be accepted if they are received by the Department no later than 5PM on Monday, June 3.
- See FAQ3 question regarding postmark date for further details.
