Literacy Partnerships Program

Purpose: The purpose of the grant program is to support districts with identified literacy proficiency gaps to align curriculum, instruction, assessment, professional development, and literacy planning with the 2011 Massachusetts Curriculum Framework for English Language Arts and Literacy. Some districts will use a portion of their funds to support piloting model curriculum units and performance assessments aligned to the 2011 ELA/literacy standards.
