Sample Documents Created by Districts

As with all such documents, the following district created documents are not specifically endorsed or recommended by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. However, they are posted here to serve as helpful resources for other districts, and we thank all contributing districts for developing and sharing these resources.

	This sample letter to parents provides text that can be adapted for initial letters to parents and guardians regarding a child's EPP. The document is a composite of letters that are being used by several school districts that were piloting EPP's in a summer program.
