FY17 documents (school year 2016-2017)

Since we cannot know until much later in the year if funding will be available for FY17 FDK grants, we strongly encourage districts to follow the Department's tuition policy and sliding fee scale but understand that some districts will not be able to maintain its compliance without FY17 grant funding. If funding for the FDK Grant is allocated in the final FY17 budget, there is the possibility that, depending on the amount, the Department will ask districts that are not in compliance with the FY17 policy to come into compliance within a reasonable time frame in order to be able to access the funds.
