There are more than 6 students in the cohort and
The GPA of the student is greater than the MEDIAN GPA of the cohort
Denied

While there are at least 6 students in the cohort
The GPA of the student is less than the MEDIAN GPA of the cohort and
The GPA of the student is also less than the GPA that is 2 standard errors below the MEAN GPA of the cohort, and the standard error of the MEAN does not exceed 0.25.
