Description

Revisions to 603 CMR 46.00 will go into effect on January 1, 2016. This webinar will review the regulatory requirements of the revised restraint regulations

Topics include:

  • A review of the changes to the restraint regulations
  • Clarity around the prohibition of the use of prone restraint
  • Guidance around new training, policy and reporting requirements
