Draft FY17–FY20 WIOA Massachusetts Combined State Plan

The draft Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Massachusetts Combined State Plan is available for public review and comment through February 22, 2016. Although the federal government has yet to release the final WIOA regulations, the State Plan is due to the U.S. Departments of Labor, Education and Health and Human Services in early March 2016. The Massachusetts Workforce Development Board must review and approve the final State Plan, and the Governor must sign the plan before it is submitted. (Note: The Adult Education and Literacy Programs section starts on page 156.) Submit comments at Massachusetts WIOA Combined State Plan for FY2017-FY2020. Comments provided to this website will be made public and will include the name and organization of the commenter, but not the email address. More lengthy comments or comments with attachments can be emailed to stateplan@detma.org (use Subject 'State Plan Comments' and include name and organization).
