The Office of Food and Nutrition Programs would like to share information about an opportunity available to you!

2016 Massachusetts Farm & Sea to School Conference

The 2016 Massachusetts Farm & Sea to School Conference will be held on November 4, 2016 at the Doubletree Hotel in Leominster MA. Join your fellow Farm to School advocates for a full day of workshops and networking to connect with food service professionals, farmers, educators, policy makers, students, parents, and community members who are committed to serving healthy, locally sourced food, and providing nutritional and agricultural education to schools and institutions throughout Massachusetts.

Registration Fees

Regular - $60.00
Student - $35.00*
Presenter - $35.00*
Farmer/Fisherman - Free* *These registration fees require a code. Please email dena@massfarmtoschool.org to receive your code if you are a student, presenter, farmer, or fisherman.

Scholarships Are Available (Application Deadline: October 4th)

There are a limited number of scholarships available to people who would like to attend the conference, but are unable due to financial concerns. The deadline to apply is October 4th. If we are unable to offer you a scholarship, you will still be able to take advantage of the "Early Bird" registration rate (Mass Farm to School will email you a new discount code.) Field Trip Opportunity

Additionally, Mass Farm to School are offering two farm field trips in conjunction with the Farm Based Education Network's National Gathering. You will have the opportunity to sign up for these field trips immediately following your registration to the conference online. Please note that if you sign up for a field trip you will be attending the field trip in lieu of attending the afternoon sessions at the Farm & Sea to School conference.
