Notice of Public Comment on the Proposed Amendment to 603 CMR 13.00, Certification of Supervisors of Attendance

Pursuant to its authority under M.G.L. c. 69, § 1B, c. 71, § 38G, and c. 76, §§ 19 and 20, and in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, M.G.L. c. 30A, § 3, the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education is soliciting public comment on the proposed rescission of 603 CMR 13.00, Certification of Supervisors of Attendance Regulations Download MS WORD Document. The proposed rescission is intended to rescind/consolidate these regulations by moving the requirements for this position into 603 CMR 7.00, Educator Licensure and Preparation Program Approval Regulations. Copies of the proposed rescission are available on the Department's web site, or by calling 781-338-6642. Public Comment: Proposed Rescinding Regulations, 603 CMR 13.00. The deadline for submission of public comment is Monday, May 1, 2017. The Board is expected to vote on the proposed rescission at its regular monthly meeting scheduled on June 27, 2017.
