EL Assessment Update: Additional Webinars for ACCESS Test Coordinators

As a result of continuing demand, we will be offering two additional ACCESS for ELLs Test Coordinator webinars that will assist you in preparing to administer the ACCESS tests in January/February 2019.

The Department will conduct two additional virtual trainings on:

October 24, 2018 — 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — New Test Coordinators
November 7, 2018 — 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. — Returning Test Coordinators

The webinars are intended for district- and school-level test coordinators who will organize the administration of the ACCESS for ELLs assessments for English learners (ELs) in grades K through 12, and provide support and assistance to test administrators and technology coordinators.

Webinars will be limited to 125 participants, with no more than 2 participants per district, unless the district has previously been notified. After a district has reached the two-person limit, additional registrations will no longer be available. If your district no longer appears in the registration dropdown, then your district has reached their participation limit. We encourage participation in groups so as many test coordinators as possible may participate.
