Charter School End of Year Financial Report (CSEOYFR) Amendment Application

We are pleased to introduce a new, streamlined system that will allow all schools to submit corrected CSEOYFR data via a Security Portal application.

The amendment collection schedule is as follows:

For the FY18 CSEOYFR due on November 21, 2018:

Start of collection	End of collection	Please note:
Now	2/1/2019	All data submitted during this date range will be exported at close of business on 2/1/19. Data will be reviewed and corresponding reports will be updated and published by 3/1/2019.
2/2/2019	12/1/2019	All data submitted during this date range will be exported at close of business on 12/1/19. Data will be reviewed and corresponding reports will be updated and published by 12/31/2019.

Many reports published on the Department's website rely on CSEOYFR data. The Department continues to emphasize the importance of submitting accurate, certified data by the CSEOYFR due date; the Department strongly discourages resubmissions.

Please note that the Department will directly inform the charter school's board of trustees about amendments to CSEOYFR data as part of our regular communication about audits and finances. The board will be notified if:

The school submits amended CSEOYFR data more than once between 11/22/2018 – 12/1/2019 (final amendment data export)
The school submits amended CSEOYFR data for two consecutive fiscals years (i.e. submitting an amendment for FY18 and FY19)
