The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education seeks a vendor to administer a statewide program that provides high quality and effective special education services to students residing in state facilities or programs. Bid documents are available on COMMBUYS Special Education in Institutional Settings.

Responses MUST be uploaded to COMMBUYS no later than the bid opening date and time: March 23, 2020 - 12:00 PM ET. In order to respond to this bid, please register on the COMMBUYS website. Round 1 questions must be submitted by February 20, 2020 by 5:00 PM ET and will be posted on or around February 27, 2020 by 5:00 PM ET.

Round 2 questions must be submitted by March 9, 2020 by 5:00 PM ET and will be posted on or around March 13, 2020 by 5:00 PM ET.
