The Department is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the State Determined Performance Levels for the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for 21st Century Act, commonly known as Perkins V. The U.S. Department of Education allows for revisions to performance measures, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DESE proposes changes to several (2S1, 2S2 and 2S3).
