As we complete the third cycle of License Renewal, we are expecting 55,000 Academic educators to renew their licenses by June 17, 2009, as well as an expected 5,000 Vocational Technical educators to renew their licenses for the first time. As June 17th soon approaches, the Licensure Office would like to assist educators with the online renewal process. We strongly encourage educators with Professional licenses that will expire by June 17th to take advantage of the online renewal process. It is the quickest way to complete the process and can be completed by following six simple steps, which results in the license(s) being renewed. To assist educators with the online renewal process, the Office of Educator Licensure is conducting License Renewal Computer Lab sessions for all educators with Professional licenses that will expire this year. Participating educators will receive hands on assistance by an ESE staff member who will lead the educator through the six steps. Sessions will be held at the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education from 2:00-4:30 on the following days: | Monday | May 11, 2009 | | Wednesday | June 3, 2009 | | Monday | May 18, 2009 | | Monday | June 8, 2009 | | Wednesday | May 20, 2009 | | Wednesday | June 10, 2009 | | Tuesday | May 26, 2009 | | Monday | June 15, 2009 | | Wednesday | May 27, 2009 | | Tuesday | June 16, 2009 | | Monday | June 1, 2009 | | Wednesday | June 17, 2009 |
