Reimbursement Rates Effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010We have been advised by the United States Department of Agriculture of the following adjustments to the National Average Payments available to Child and Adult Care Food Program centers for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. For Family And Group Day Care HomesWe wish to inform Sponsoring Agencies operating Family and Group Day Care Homes participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program during the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 that the Food Service Payments for meals served to eligible children shall be as follows: | | Tier I | Tier II |

The new maximum monthly Administrative payments to sponsoring organizations for day care homes for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 are determined by multiplying the number of day care homes by the applicable rate listed below: - Initial 50 homes by $100.00 per home
- Next 150 homes by $76.00 per home
- Next 800 homes by $60.00 per home
- Additional homes by $52.00 per home.
At no time will the administrative reimbursement exceed 30% of the total amount of administrative payments and food service payments for day care home operation; or 42.85% of the food service payments to Family Day Care Homes; or the approved budget.
