The Department has moved to 135 Santilli Highway in Everett. The Department's office and Licensure Welcome Center are open. The new location has free parking and is a short walk from the Wellington station on the MBTA's Orange Line.

Update regarding the March MCAS Retests

Beginning in 2013, the Department will no longer release the questions from the March MCAS retests in English Language Arts and Mathematics. Concurrent with the release of results from the March retests, the Department will post a document listing the standards assessed by each question on the tests. This decision to withhold the questions from the March retests will assist the Department in producing high-quality MCAS retests in future years. All questions will continue to be released for the spring grade 10 tests and the November retests in English Language Arts and Mathematics.
