Important MCAS Notice: Ordering Materials for the June Science and Technology/Engineering Test Administration March 11 to March 15, 2013

High school principals will be able to order test materials for the June Science and Technology/Engineering test administration in Biology, Chemistry, Introductory Physics, and Technology/Engineering between March 11 and 15.

Ordering Information

Beginning Monday, March 11, 2013, materials can be ordered online at www.mcasservicecenter.com by following the steps below.
  • Select MCAS from the menu.
  • Select Enrollment Verification from the list of options.
  • Use the secure password sent in early January 2013.
  • Follow the online instructions.
Please note that the results of the February 2013 MCAS Biology test are scheduled to be available around March 22. Please refer to the memorandum, "February 2013 MCAS Biology Test Results" on the Department's website at www.doe.mass.edu/news/news.aspx?id=7282 for instructions on accessing student results for the February 2013 MCAS Biology test. Since results from the February Biology test will not be available until after the ordering window closes, please order test materials by March 15, as needed, and order additional materials (if necessary) between May 21 and 31, according to the instructions in the Principal's Administration Manual. If you have questions about ordering test materials, please contact the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103.
