This memorandum addresses follow-up actions required as a result of your district's FY12 Title I program review.
On May 31, 2012 we notified your district that certain actions would be required as a result of the Department's FY12 review of your district's Title I program. The deadline for submitting evidence that the district had taken the required follow-up actions was October 12, 2012.
Our staff has reviewed the information submitted by your district and determined that the district has provided sufficient evidence that it has taken all required actions outlined in our May 31 notice.
Your time, effort, and cooperation with required monitoring activities are greatly appreciated.
