This memorandum addresses follow-up actions required as a result of your district's FY13 Title I program review.
In April/May of 2013 we notified your district that certain actions would be required as a result of the Department's FY13 review of your district's Title I program. The deadline for submitting evidence that the district had taken the required follow-up actions was October 11, 2013.
Our staff has reviewed the information submitted by your district and determined that the district has provided sufficient evidence that it has taken all required actions outlined in our April/May notice.
Your time, effort, and cooperation with required monitoring activities are greatly appreciated.
