FY13 Title I, Title II-A and Race to the Top Final Report Information

All FY2013 Title I, Title II-A and Race to the Top grants processed through Grantium (formerly G3) should use this FY2013 Final Report form (FR-1)

. All Race to The Top (RTTT) grants had an end date of 6/30/13. The final expenditure report FR-1, is normally due 60 days from the grant end date. As a result of the ongoing technical issues with the Grantium system, submission date of the FR-1 for this year had been extended to 9/30/13. Please fill out and return the signed form to us via post office mail (no emails please!) to the address on the form. Title I and Title II only:
If you extended your grant into Year 2 by filling out and returning the multi-year delegation form back in May, then you do not need to complete a final report at this time. Your FY13 grant was extended until 6/30/2014. An FR-1 will be due as of 8/31/2014. If you did not extend your grant through the multi-year format, and have claimed and fully expended all of your FY13 funding, please use the attached RF-1 form and return it completed and signed as directed by 9/30/13. Although you did not file for the multi-year as requested, we have extended all end dates out to 6/30/14 as a precaution for anyone who has claimed, but now finds that they have not fully expended all FY13 funds. Past practice would have required you to file an FR-1 and return the unexpended amount, the extension will allow you to continue to expend the funds as soon as possible for any appropriate grant activities. The FR-1 can be filed once all the funds have been expended and all expenditures have been reconciled. If you did not extend your grant through the multi-year format, and did not draw down the full amount of your FY13 grant award, Grants Management has created a year 2 encumbrance for you and have already extended the end date of the grant until 6/30/2014. The amount left undrawn will be made available for drawdown in late September. An FR-1 will then be due 8/31/2014 If you have any questions, please contact:
