The Departments of Early Education, Public Health and ESE are sponsoring Early Childhood Transition trainings across the state for Public School Districts in Data Collection Cohort 4 and their Early Intervention Partners

Workshop Summary:

The training will review federal and state regulations related to transition, help participants understand the responsibilities of their programs/agencies with regard to transition and provide participants with strategies for collaborating to support seamless transition practices for children and families. Public Schools and their Early Intervention partners are invited to attend one of these trainings together. Public School Programs and EI Programs should communicate to arrange attendance at the trainings as a team. Time will be provided for teams to develop plans to support effective strategies around Transition Planning Conference practices.
