OMSTE Curriculum & Assessment
The Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks provide content standards and recommendations for pedagogy, equity, assessment, and professional development. A glossary, selected bibliography and websites are included in the Math and Science Frameworks. OMSTE works to disseminate, implement, and continually refine the Frameworks and provide high quality standards-based curriculum and assessment that supports the Frameworks. This Office also supports the implementation of benchmark and formative assessments.
