Claims for Spectrum Computer Solutions have been processed. There are $59,995.81 in claims against the bond.

Additional documentation requiring claimant signatures was sent to all Spectrum claimants on August 7, 2003. The claims have been forwarded to the insurance company for approval. Once the Department receives approval from the insurance company and all documentation is returned to the Department by the claimants, restitution checks will be disbursed to claimants. Checks typically take four to six weeks to process.
