| Program Description (written by provider) |
| Boston Public Schools (BPS) program provides 60 hours of instruction of small group instruction in reading, writing and math by highly qualified Boston Public Schools teachers. The tutoring takes place at BPS schools identified as SES eligible and occurs either before or after school. Special curriculum and materials have been selected to address the unique learning needs of the students. Each student will be assessed at the beginning of the program which will inform the instruction. Parents meet with teachers three times during the year to discuss their child's progress. |
