This guidance updates and expands upon the SES Guidance that the U.S. Department of Education released on June 13, 2005. It includes a number of new and modified questions that address issues related to the Title I regulations released in October 2008, as well as other major policy guidance issued since 2005. Responses to other questions are revised to make them clearer or more responsive to issues based on experience gained from the implementation of the Title I SES provisions.
