Federally Required Eligibility Document
A State is eligible for assistance under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (the federal special education law) for a fiscal year if the State demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Secretary that the State has in effect policies and procedures to ensure that it meets the conditions in §§300.121-300.156.
