Notice of Public Comment Annual State Application for (IDEA) Part B funds
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is soliciting public comments on the State Application for IDEA Part B funds for Federal Fiscal Year 09. Written comments on the proposed application may be submitted by mail to Marcia Mittnacht, State Director of Special Education, Special Education Planning and Policy Development Office, Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, 75 Pleasant Street, Malden, MA 02148.
The deadline for submission of public comment is Monday May 4, 2009.
