Notice of Public Comment on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Annual State Application
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is soliciting public comments on the State Application for IDEA Part B funds for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2017 - Massachusetts Fiscal Year (MFY) 2018, school year 2017-2018.
We retain the information on our website for 60 calendar days beginning March 13, 2017. We solicit and accept public comment for the first 30 days of the posting. The deadline for submission of public comment is Monday, April 11, 2017.
