Teen Dating Violence
Note: Though this program is no longer funded, the information may still be useful.
The Teen Dating Violence Intervention and Prevention Program (TDVIP) of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education provided funding to public middle schools and high schools across the Commonwealth, to implement comprehensive dating violence prevention and intervention programs. Using a model that emphasized community collaboration, grant recipients provided teen dating violence education and training opportunities, implemented policies and procedures addressing all aspects of teen dating violence, and provided on-site support services to survivors and intervention services to adolescent perpetrators of dating violence.
