A component of the federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) of December 27, 2020, the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) program was created to provide services or assistance to non-public schools to address the impact of COVID-19. The EANS program prioritizes services or assistance to non-public schools that enroll low-income students and are most impacted by the COVID-19 emergency.
