Purpose / Priorities:

The purpose of this RFP is to administer state legislative earmarks to Adult Basic Education programs as outlined in the FY2020 state budget.

Eligibility:

As outlined in the FY2020 state budget language associated with the DESE ABE account: 7035-0002.

Funding Type:

State Funded Legislative Earmark

Funding:

As outlined in the FY2020 state budget language $445,000 is available.

Funding is contingent upon availability. All dollar amounts listed are estimated / approximate and are subject to change. If more funding is to become available, it will be distributed under the same guideline as listed in the initial RFP document.

Fund Use:

As outlined in the state budget language associated with the DESE Adult Basic Education account: 7035-0002.

7/1/2019 – 6/30/2020

Submission Instructions:
  1. Log in to EdGrants
  2. Register to the Funding Opportunity for the FY20 Fund Code 346 Adult Basic Education Earmarks
  3. Create the project and name it "FY20 FC346 Applicant Name (LEA Name)"
