The RFPs contain essential information and instructions for applying for your grant. To view the allocations, please click on "Allocations" from the Sections page of your Perkins grant in GEM$. The submission deadline is September 23, 2026.
The FY2027 Perkins Grant must be completed and submitted in Grants for Education Management System (GEM$).
LEAs cannot obligate funds until the grant is approved, and a start date has been issued. The grant start date cannot be prior to DESE receiving a substantially approvable Application Submission as directed in this RFP's Submission Instructions. Goods and Services cannot be procured prior to Grants receiving and approving an application submission. Funds cannot exceed the project duration end date.
