You can view allocations in Grants for Education Management System GEM$ by clicking on Allocations from the Sections page of your Every Student Succeeds Act ESSA grant. The Requests for Proposals RFPs for the Every Student Succeeds Act ESSA grants are available at the following links: Title IA&D 0305, Title IIA 0140, Title IIIA 0180, Title IVA 0309. The Requests for Proposals RFPs include information and instructions needed to apply for your grants. The submission deadline is September 9, 2026.
The FY2027 Every Student Succeeds Act ESSA Grant must be completed and submitted in Grants for Education Management System (GEM$). The grant start date will be the date of Local Educational Agency LEA Fiscal Representative Approval in Grants for Education Management System GEM$. Local Educational Agencies LEAs cannot obligate funds until the grant is approved, and a start date has been issued.
