When submitting payments in ELAR, please make sure that you are using updated systems and browsers. The payment vendor is making upgrades to the payment system due to security concerns, and as of June 24, 2018, the system will no longer support old payments being made via old browsers. The systems and browsers that the vendor will no longer support include:
